Scheduling Your Sales Lead Dog Recording Session
The Empellor CRM team is excited to have you as a guest on the Sales Lead Dog. Each episode is targeted at 30 minutes in length. While we ask you to set aside a full hour to record each episode to allow time to verify lighting, sound, and background so we can present you in the best possible way, typically sessions are completed within 45 minutes.
Once an episode is completed, we hand it off to our production time to produce the final version. As soon as possible, our marketing team engages with your marketing team to schedule the publication date and to publicize the episode via social media.
We normally record episodes on Wednesdays and Fridays between 1pm and 5pm mountain. Please pick the date and time that work best for you within those blocks. If you need a different time to accommodate your schedule, it is not a roblem! Please let us know what dates and times work best for you and we will get it on the session calendar.

Session Recording Tips
- Please let people in your office know that you will be recording an interview.
- Try to find a quite room that does not sound overly echoey.
- Many of my guests choose to use an external microphone, but your computer or phone microphone will be fine as well.
- Please be aware that bright windows or other lights can turn you into a silhouette.
- It is often helpful to think of this conversation as though we are broadcasting live rather than a recording. If we have connection or sound problems, our editors will fix that as best they can, but the best conversations happen in one take and sound the most authentic.
- Do not worry about having canned or overly prepared answers. Our conversation will be casual and informal.
